Do not accept any liability for any accident and take lots of pictures of the vehicles involved, people present and the general area. Once everyone and the vehicle is safe, remove the SD card from the dashcam as this will help you explain how the accident occurred and can prove the other drivers are at fault. Remember, failure to provide Blue Duck Campers with this SD card will render you totally liable for all costs associated with the accident or incident.
Once everyone is safe, please complete the accident form provided in the customer guide in the vehicle

Unfortunately this service is not currently available as there must be a Blue Duck Campers representative present at the hand over of the motorhome to process the check in.
Can you drink the water from the on board tank?
We would recommend that you use the onboard tank for washing, showering and the toilet flush rather than for drinking. We do sterilise the tank at regular intervals and it is generally filled on sites where drinking water is provided so should be fine but as we we cannot guarantee where the previous customer filled up we'd recommed you use the large fridge to carry bottled drinking water

We include conprehensive UK insurance for one driver with every hire. Additional drivers can be included for a small additional fee. We also strongly recommend that customers have their own travel insurance in case of personal injury, ill health or loss of personal possessions during a hire.
How do I book a discounted campsite?
Unfortunately you can't book online using our privilege membership as we don't have a membership number to get the discount automatically applied so you'll need to phone the campsute directly and tell them you are a travelling in a privilege scheme vehicle, they'll then discount your booking on arrival when they see the Blue Duck.
Can I use the motorhome at a festival or sporting event?
Yes you can but we limit the risk of damage by stipulating a maximum of 4 adults for any festival or event use. We also have an increased security bond due to the increased risk of damage at certain events, this will be calculated on an event by event basis but is generally £1500 (which you get back in full anyway so long as the vehicle is returned clean and undamaged)
